The app was one of the best things about the metro over all setup and now it doesnвЂ™t work and you all wonвЂ™t give us a new update to fix it! Yup you all really care about your customers. And I get charged to call and pay but I go to the store because at least I can understand what they are saying to me there. Metro will this EVER be fixed?!!! Do you even care if your app isnвЂ™t working?!!! This has been going on for over 3 weeks now!!! This is how I paid my bill and kept up with the amount of hotspot data I have left and now I just have to hope IвЂ™ll turn my hotspot on and it will work and I have to go miles to the metro store to pay my bill and get charged $3 to pay. It is still flashing when I open it and thatвЂ™s all it will do. And it had already been down for 2 weeks when I made the call. I have even called metro and told them about this they acted like they had no clue anything was even wrong with the app. For contact information, check the Company Portal website.So weeks after the interview here I am still not able to use the app. Still need help? Select the app to install the latest version on your device.In the search bar, type Company Portal.To install the latest version of Company Portal:

On the Microsoft AutoUpdate screen, select Automatically download and install.

Select More and then choose Check Status to sync your device.

When the update is complete, return to Company Portal > Devices.

Select Check for updates and then select the available update to begin installation.

To view and install available updates on a macOS device: If you are running v4.14.1 or below, you will be prompted for an update at login. The minimum supported version of the iOS Company Portal app is v4.16.0.

Select Check Status to sync your changes.

Select the device that you're currently using.

After you've installed the update, return to Company Portal > Devices.

Follow the onscreen prompts to install the update.

Look for the Update option next to the Intune Company Portal listing.

Open the App Store and search for Intune.

When a new version of Company Portal becomes available, you'll see an Update option in the App Store. Select the Google Play alert and follow the onscreen prompts to update the app. You won't see a prompt in the Company Portal app itself. Google Play Store will notify you when a new version of the Company Portal is available. If an update is required, you'll receive a notification from Company Portal.

Your version of Company Portal is no longer supported.

A newer version of Company Portal becomes available.

Your organization may require you to update the app on your device when: Get the latest version of the Company Portal app on your Android, iOS, macOS, or Windows device.
